Uut Uuštukyuu Society is a non-profit organization working to recentre & revitalize Indigenous ceremony as healing.
Our Uuštukyuu work directly with those in need of healing. We facilitate access to Indigenous medicine in both reserve and urban communities across Vancouver Island & the Lower Mainland.
We see Indigenous Healers as health care practitioners, and seek to improve the understanding of our ways of knowing & being within institutions of standard medicine.

Who We Are
Uuštukyuu have survived generations of colonial violence as we continue to serve our communities. Uuštukyuu are guided by Naas and the Ancestors, and our protocol is based in Uuštukyuu Healing Law.

What We Do
Our network of Uuštukyuu (healers) provide medicine, ceremony and healing services across Vancouver Island and onto the Mainland. We support health & educational programs, provide crisis response, and offer healing to whoever asks for it.
